How can I contact The Happy Hare?

If you need to contact The Happy Hare about anything, please Contact Us by sending an email to enquiries@thehappyhare.co.uk. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours.

How much is delivery?

All our delivery cost are included in the price of the products.

When will my order be delivered?

We aim to get all orders delivered within 2-3 working days of being dispatched. All orders are dispatched from The Happy Hare HQ in the UK.

Can I change or amend my order?

We will do everything we can to change or amend an order however, if your order has already been processed by The Happy Hare team we may not be able to change the original order.

Please contact us by sending an email to enquiries@thehappyhare.co.uk should you wish to review an order you have placed.

What if I don’t receive my order?

We ask that you allow at least 3 working days from order to delivery. If after 3 days you haven’t received your order, please contact us by sending an email to enquiries@thehappyhare.co.uk

What if I change my mind when I receive my order?

We hope that you will never want to return any of our lovely products however, if you do change your mind – you will need to cover the cost of returning the item and on receipt of the items together with our returns slip, we will refund/exchange the item.
